Regarding the themes, there's a new free theme that;s come out that is incredible. It's easily customisable, fun to play around with, and looks great. It's kind of like Thesis... but it's free!

This theme is amazing! Unfortunately, we'll probably see it everywhere around th web in within a few weeks, so I'll have to stay with a premiuim theme.

Do you mean imagination when you say 'this theme'? If so, the great thing about it is that it's so easy to customise. I set it up on a friend's blog and within 10 minutes you wouldn't recognise it from the original.

Personally, I don't like premium themes. It seems that all the good ones have been used so many times they don't even seem premium anymore!

Yes I meant the Imagination theme. And as far as I know, premium theme are customisable too!

Usually I wouldn't post links to a list of free WP themes as they all contain the same themes over and over again, but this list by Enk (chidimar) has a few ones I haven't seen before, so is well worth a mention:
