Hi,

Is there a Free Tool/site that will help you find blogs to comment on with high UV for your keyword?

I know of tools that help you find pr. But I'm not looking for pr don't really care if it's do follow or not.

Just looking for blogs with high UV.

You could use technorati blog directory, and look for high authority blogs because according to technorati:

Technorati Authority is the number of blogs linking to a website in the last six months. The higher the number, the more Technorati Authority the blog has.

SO the more unique blogs that are link to a blog the more possible readers it may have.
