Coming up with Post Ideas

I'm in the process of developing a new blog for launch.
I've blogged in the past, but eventually gave up on those because I kept running out of post ideas.

So, how do you come up with new post ideas daily?

Well, it is not necessary to post daily.
If you want to post daily, which really really is not needed and at the same time is not good, you should have atleast 20 posts in drafts. As unexpected circumstances can come up.

-Read forums of your niche.
-Read blogs of your niche.
-Read the news.
-Take a walk.
-Write a case study

As Farrhad says, you don't have to post daily, and infact I would suggest that you DON'T post daily.

Regarding the ideas, I find just sitting, relaxing and thinking is a great way of getting ideas. Just make sure you have a pen and paper at the ready so that you don't forget them

I usually just write ideas down when they come to me on a piece of paper or on my arm or whatever. Coming up with ideas isn't that hard once you know when you're the most productive. Just make sure you have a place to store them! Mind mapping is golden as well.

Agreed. Mind mapping is great for me, as it connects different thoughts until you get quite far away from the initial subject, meaning you'll usually pick up a few ideas on the way rather than just one.
