nofollow is an HTML attribute value used to instruct some search engines that a hyperlink should not influence the link target's ranking in the search engine's index.
And Dofollow is just the opposite.

as I've stated in this other thread

No Follow links are also indexed by google the same as do follow links. The only difference with these two is that No follow links doesn't pass link juice while do follow links give link juice that will help your site gain/obtain a higher PR.

Sites that give DO Follow links is somewhat saying to google "Hey Google sweety, I trust this site that is why I'm letting him get some of my riches (PR)" and on the other hand, if a site gives a NO FOLLOW link, it's just saying that "Hey Mr. Google, I don't trust this guy, don't allow it to benefit from my treasures(PR)".
    Hope that helps dude.

    Okay, here is an example:

    1. Go to: Business is a Lot Like Driving | Running Online Business
    2. View page source code.
    3. Search for "nofollow" - you'll notice that you won't find it, which means that it's a dofollow blog.
3A. In Firefox, you can right click > View Page Source to see. Otherwise, try using this site to see the page's source code: View HTML Source and HTTP Response Headers

As far as your second question is concerned. There's no specific way to search for a dofollow blog using google. You can try some do-follow search engines though.
