If you have enough proof to prove that the guy has infringed your copyright, then you can accuse him.

I don't really understand what you're trying to tell us. Can you rephrase?
If someone stole your content, read this:
Someone copied my website. I don't know what to do about it.
no one stole contents, this is what happened.
A guy wanted to post an enty to my tech blog. so i posted his article to my tech blog.
minutes later, i realize my google ads are now not related to my niche.
The ads that appears in my google adsense box shows watch replicas and watches instead of computer technologies, trainings and etc.
is this what will happen if you sell blogpost?
Is the sold blogpost article on topic with your niche? or is it off topic and the ads are targeting to it?
You could try section targeting and ignore that article if it's off topic and causing the unrelated ads a la :
but if it is on topic and your getting totally unrelated ads, well then i dunno..Code:<!-- google_ad_section_start(weight=ignore) --> The off topic article <!-- google_ad_section_end -->
note: section targeting could take up to 2 weeks to have an effect, and also be sure there is enough content available outside the ignored content to warrant relevant ads.
its off topic and its about watch replicas
we had a deal too that his blogpost shall remain in the front page within two weeks.
but its frustrating that the ads are targeting to his post even when its in the old page.
i started putting new entries yet his ads were still appearing..
i'm gonna put that code there . thanks
I don't think that matters much and your post on other pages are still your niche and the Google Ads will still show the ads related to your pages which are your niche, it only happens on your paid post page and does not affect your other pages.
use the <!-- google_ad_section_start(weight=ignore) -->
tags, anyway be aware Google is against this, not against the tags but against selling off topic backlinks.
