Build a list, form a relationship with your subscribers, sell, sell, sell.

Blogs (any site) with targeted newsletter subscribers have a great advantage in making more money. By offering great things through your newsletter, such as free reports, information, etc, you build a relationship with each and every person. And with this new relationship your subscribers can get the feeling that you are an authority type figure in your niche, and as such would be much more inclined to maybe purchasing a course or becoming your referral for something you later promote through your newsletter.

This is an indirect way, and it can only be done after a long while. And that's to collate all your material and edit it into book form. You can then submit that to a publisher.

Or you could always turn it into an ebook and sell that via Clickabnk or something.

One problem this can lead to is : it can annoy your subscribers beyond their limits and they'll ultimately unsubscribe from your list. If i were a person who subscribed to a particular website for quality content, i would hate to receive even a single advert from them.
