NetBuilders Group: Blog Comment Exchange

I have created a new social group here at NetBuilders called the Blog Comment Exchange. I envision this group as a collection of people who will work together by commenting each others blogs. It is sort of a 'one hand washes the other' method. I feel that through working together in this manner we can all move one step closer to success.

Well, there are three settings and one additional option:
Public, Moderated and Invite Only - Users Must Join to View the Content

What should I set these as?

I love comments. They really just make everything look better. A blog without comments is a sad blog indeed.
