Thread: Protecting your blog from spam. Also, what do you do?

askimet is wordpress plugin, right? since i never use wordpress, i don't know what is it? It's a kind of image verification program?

Yes, Askimet is a WP plugin. Although it has nothing to do with Capcha verification (scrambled letters), it acts in the 'shadow' of your blog and catches spam comments automatically.

ow, i'm ever become poster which suspected as spammer by askimet...!!! Haha..don't know why but my post is categorized as spam. But my post is not spam. Maybe it's because my post is too short?
