I have noticed that I am struggling to sell some sites on at the minute. I cannot even sell them on for a hundred $ when I know that I can make that in other ways with the site in under a month.

I think it must have something tot do with the time of year and the holidays fast approaching. I mean I have $290 in my paypal and am struggling to bid on a site I was willing to pay $400 for just last month.

Is it the time of year or do I just need to take the plunge? Lets some sites go and invest in others?
