Thread: Auto Blog Fail ?

I saw a lot ppl complaint abt auto blog, Content duplicate, google sand box and bla bla bla ....



I run a few (<30) auto blog and some turn out to be E-commerce site, with all different method but at the end all work out same way ....

Technique i use:
Content rewrite script.
Auto social submission.
Pic name change.

Btw with all above script doesn't means i rank well in serp or sandbox or deindex, some site rank better without doing anything (100% copy content), still work and no sandbox or deindex.

Must do list and script use for my site.
1. WP (i like their easy setup, on page SEO and a lot freelancer for custom script).
2. All in one seo.
3. SiteMap generator.
4. Auto Tag.
5. Exact Match Domain (most of it or domain some how related)
6. Submit sitemap to google, yahoo, bing.
7. Submit directory by Digimas (free version)
8. Adsense. (i found my site index faster (first index) with adsense.

Traffic:
Feb 2010. 0 traffic
Today Oct 134k UV (monthly)
Growing rate 15%-25% (base on monthly UV)

Source of Income:
Income Adsense : 5 - 25 daily (taking most of it out soon)
Income 1500. (local AD provider, they pay me to grab their site content)
Income 1500-2500 Monthly (estimated, local banner ad start next month or end of the year)

Maintenance :
90% Auto (one server for scrapping now)
5% When i run bulk Delete. (yes i can use cron job, but still need to pay abit attention on it)
5% Off page SEO on my main page.


So for me, auto blog is working, just depend on concept and marketing.

just some simple script re write certain word .....
most of my auto site is about product or classifieds, so is kind of easy to focus on which word to write
example :
2007 = 07 or make in 2007, manufacturer in 2007.
pre own = second hand or used
cheap = good prices, worth your penny

I use Wprobot for the automation.
I've tried other plugins before but they aren't as efficient and need a lot of maintenance at times.

Apart from the Primary autoblogging plugins you can also use :
WP OnlyWire Auto Poster - For auto social bookmarking
WP Limit Posts Automatically - To display just a paragraph or so on the homepage(the 'more' tag)
Truncate Title - To make long titles shorter.
Auto Social Poster(Paid) - For automatic social bookmarking to 20+ sites

What i really found, more content (my case: mix from different site) make google more happy, for this site they don't really care abt content duplicate, cause most content index in less then hour now ..

Another thing i discover, i have more then million long tail keyword (base on analytics keyword and rank tracker (random track)) rank in first page and the list still growing .... (i think this should be main reason why my traffic keep growing)
