Background advertiseing on blogs

Hi,

I am seeing this on more and more blogs.

How is this done?

Reason for asking I have seen an ads like this on one page of a blog and not on another. It is on the outside like background. but not on all page of the blog. So is there a way to change the background on a post to post basis.?

Is this a plugin?

Hi,

After you install it. You fill find it works great

Each page on your site can be set to a different background. I don't know How to make it clickable.

If come up with away please let me know.

Can CSS code be made clickable?
