Thread: How to Make AutoBlogs the Darren Rowse Way

So Darren Rowse of the Problogger fame created a blog devoted to twitter (Cthulu only knows why. But if it gets people to stop making blog posts on lists of people to follow and how to exploit it for cash and fame, then I say here here. ) and although the content seems well-written, it's not from him!

It's actually from guest posters. It seems that when you basically define blogging and how it should be done on your blog , you manage to get lines and lines of guest posters at your feet. Rowse decided to use this to his advantage...and profit!

Instead of stealing content from other blogs with parsing software, why not simply line up an army of guest posters? Find a topic that everyone can and wants to talk about (could be a challenge, but with the right market, anything is possible) and get a few bloggers to write some articles for you in exchange for backlinks.

Then, create a few (5-10) really informative posts on your own (this is the hard part for most ) and post them in succession, with a few guest posts in between. Once you've run out, and lined up enough guests, you can simply correct the grammar in the guest posts, and now you have auto-unique!-content for your new blog.

Insert ads - leave to run itself.

What do you think? Are some of you already doing this?

I didn't tried this but you made me think this on it . I think it is not easy for anyone because in such experiments you need some experience and exposer . Darren Rowse is a well know blogger and whatever these guys do is always noticed by others . They have so many readers and followers which helps them to drive lots of traffic and this is the best key for them .

If you are a new webmaster or upcoming webmaster then you have to struggle to promote such things very harder .

Forums, Friends, Family, Twitter...or you can just go to other blogs and ask a few if they would be interested in writing a guest post in exchange for some exposure. New bloggers should be especially keen on this idea.

Yes they are but its hard to get good new guest bloggers on new blog . everybody want to be a guest poster on popular blog but we must try and who knows what will happen .

It's seems like an article directory concept but in the form of a blog, so instead of saying the article author is Blinky, the guest Blogger is Blinky. And the latest articles are the latest blog posts.

And at the same time getting the term (brand?) "blog" pushed in everyone's faces.

It is an inside joke, haha. See, online people get kind of tense when you start throwing around religious figures, but who can get tense with the great Cthulu watching over you? :P Everytime I make a reference to God, I just switch it up to Cthulu and nobody starts a religious debate.

I know not of Lovecraft. Cthulu is a character in the card game Munchkins and also a picture on a book I passed in the BORDERS once...I'm actually a Christian.
