Please help, problem indexing

I thought that Google just removed the content that was duplicate and it put it under that "Some results have been omitted..." thing?

I have some sites that have been de-indexed that are using an rss feed. The de-indexing occured due to the dup content.

The "Some results have been omitted..." is that the sites are in the supplemental index. I have a site that has PLR articles and that is how the results appear. But the site is cached.

1. Correct the 404 errors on the homepage mywebpp[dot]com. The three contact links are generating 404 errors.

2. Replace the duplicate content with unique content.
