Thread: PLR Articles

How many people do you suppose have these articles? Is it worth rewriting them and bundling them into a new website?

One way to tell how many copies of a PLR article are published on the web is to place the article on a test page and then run Copyscape on your test page. Then, you have to ask yourself, "Can I beat these competitors?"

Or, you could rewrite the articles enough to restore their "uniqueness."

Or, you could place the articles on your website with the NOINDEX tag so that they are seen by your site visitors - but not by the search engines.

I never use PLR articles. I always write my own, simply because I am good at it and it it UNIQUE . To me, it represents a better quality than PLR articles

Well this is a great topic!
I'm currently working on WordPress uniquefier for myself.. and this might be a little bit cool as most people use those Uniquefier plugins released already...

So I can get thousand of articles in MY WAY, totally unique...

But just copy/pasting the articles isn't good.. too much competition for it

I always write my own stuff, for my main websites, and for the sites I don't care about that I just use to get links I might pay someone to write a couple of hundred words, so PLR articles seem to fall into that same category. It would take me maybe ten-fifteen minutes to rewrite a 500 word article which would become unique except that I couldn't vouch for the accuracy of the information.

So, does it make sense to take some PLR articles from one of the bundles offered here, rewrite them and pop them into a site with AdSense, AdBrite or similar, then promote them and just let them age?

It definitely can, depending upon your overall goals for the site.
