Possible auto run some page ? (browser)

Is that possible i make my browser to run some script in certain time ?
example :
I open the browser, load the page, then the page will auto refresh every 24 hour ?
No reload very pls.

now modify it to hour .....

If you want run it via the browser and your using firefox you can use a macro to refresh or open a page or anything you want really. Lots of macro plugins for FF a good amount have good tutorials on how to set them up.
