Actually I have not done such thing till yet but I have seen many good webmasters redirecting penalized domain name traffic to other parked domain . By this they must be making good money but I don't think that we must do this for live sites . This can hurt second site too . Do correct me if I am wrong .

Thanks

Years ago, I was seeing 301's be useful in getting around Google penalties.

That doesn't seem to work anymore. The penalties seem to apply now on the link level.

So, redirecting a penalized site won't have any effect at all on the other site. Since all the links are discounted, it will be as if the destination site received no new links at all.

I was thinking if it will effect other site then our competitors who own a penalized site can redirect his site to our sites to effect our sites..

Will, Thanks for confirming..
