There is a misconception with a lot of web newbies. They think that is is OK to steal content as long as they provide a link back to the original page. While that may be true with ezinearticles.com content, it is NOT legal to steal copyrighted content from other sites and post it on your own site, even if a link is provided.

I just caught a thief which has taken the whole wording of 2 of my proxy sites and advertised his clone on Tech-FAQ. I sent him an polite email explaining the case and "I expect you to change your website to something of your own within 24 hours."
I think I should also report the plagiator, that SOB!, to the ugliest cheerleader, what do you think?
