Thread: Website copyright

I just want to confirm that what I want to do is legal according to copyright law. I'm designing a website that sells some stuff. I checked out a competitor and like the way they list their equipment. It looks something like the following

Title View Details
Brief Description Add to Cart

'View Details' and 'Add to Cart' are both links. Would it be against copyright law if I used this format?

If you use his design, yes, it would be against copyright law. If you will create one by yourself, it won't.

its not against copyright law unless you completly steal his html code.
there are many similar websites owned by differnt people.
