Thread: What Type of Site to Build?

Smile What Type of Site to Build?

    Hey everyone ,

I have a bunch 4 letter .info domains and I don't want to let them just sit there. I was thinking of creating directories on each one, but then again, that niche is kinda played out.

These domains are just made up of random four letter characters, like kcdg, klga, klkr, etc.

Any other idea's you might have for these domains?

PS: I am not looking to make a ton of money with these domains, just want to put them to use.
PSS: I will not give them away for free.

    Thanks

Well, you can try searching for the four letters in Google - see if anything comes up.
Ex. File extensions, product types, etc. -- In which case you could build a site about those.

I have done that. Often times, it ends up being a radio station, lol.

Maybe those radio stations will buy them from you! :P

I would build a directory - if they weren't so random I would consider building blogs, but by the looks of them they would be better off as a directory.

KLGA is the ICAO code for La Guardia Airport, New York
KLKR is the ICAO code for Lancaster Co Mc Whirter Fld
The codes are often used. Perhaps a site about airport info; weather, parking, hotels etc..?

  8. I would also recommend a directory because the characters seems to be random

La Guardia Airport, New York is a good one. LGA is more commonly used. But KLGA is low competition.

I didn't think of that but it is true that people use the 3 letter code more often. The 4 letter code is used more often by people within the industry, i believe.
