    Writing content for domain flipping

Does anyone use their content for domain flipping? By this I mean do they write the content for a site just with a view to flipping the site at some future point?
Right now I just write the content for my websites with a view to keeping the websites, but I'm getting interested in domain flipping, which means I'll be writing it with a view to attracting a possible buyer.

  2. Ahh... that would be site flipping, not domain flipping.

I don't do it. Like Warren Buffet and Robert Kiyosaki, I seldom sell properties. I'm building an empire.

I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.

  3. Maybe you should take a couple of your least important sites, and try to see them and get some experience. You'll need to find something that will make seem worth buying, such as a profit model, traffic, or similar.

Maybe you wanna include Donald Trump there.

I have a couple sites I wanna get rid off and I like flipping domains, BUT, I just don't feel like selling my best sites, unless, of course, I get a very good offer, which means 36 months or better.

  5. I'd buy some of your best sites for 36 months revenue.

I only write for one site at the moment and my view is definitely long term- i.e. writing with a high level of quality. If I was writing to flip a website, the length and quality of articles would be much less.

You must be very good in writing then, because if someone buys your site, this would be due to the contents it offers!
