Will buys $NB for $6 per 1000 block. He sells $NB for $10 per 1000 block. This means that, in theory, the user-value of $NB should be around $8 per 1000 block. Buyers want $NB, but probably want them as cheaply as they can... Sellers want money, and probably want as much of it as they can get.
Example : Here, you want to sell it for $9 (instead of $6 to Will) but I am looking to buy for $5 so that I can get profit by selling it for $6 to Will.
In this case, why will one sell it to me for $5 rather than to Will for $6. Quite confusing.
Is it that NB$ BUY/SELL is only for people who have less than 1000 NB$ to trade (as they cannot with Will).
