maybe it's going too well and now they improved customer support and hired new people?
Few day ago, i sent a quotation inquiries to china forwarding company, surprise they do follow up by calling, is only RMB 24 (usd 5) shipping cost, real surprise by China Customer Service improvement (last time they don't bother to reply)
Yesterday, i sent another custom script quotation request to US Software House, they call, ask for complete detail and reply me with quotation in less then 24 hour ........
Is this a sign of business getting difficult in US/Europe ? last time no one bother abt request from S.E.A, always no reply from them ....
I think it's pretty natural for a business to either adapt or go under.
Making customer support a priority is the best way to give a boost . . . . after all it's the customers who really pay the bills.
It is a clear sign that they need that call for business improvement to grow the actual sales volume.
Globalization forces organizations to become more competitive. So ofcourse business will becoming harder. The more integration of global economy the harder it will get for them. Better for the customers. We are getting better services/products in cheaper price right
Funny, but the facts are:
The USA only purchases about 3% of goods sold in USA from China.
Most chinese goods are cheaply made, made with banned chemicals, etc.
And the USA still produces a lot of products that are the best on the market.
Look at GE.
Majority of their workers are in the USA.
Yet the majority of their business is outside the USA.
