Thread: Employee Contracts

Does anyone have the format of Employee contracts?

I mean that when a employee is hired in a company, one can make made sign a contract like working for 6months or 1 year and other formalities, etc.

Anyone can help me on this one?

You will need an employment contract and non-disclosure agreement specific to India.

The non-disclosure agreements in India can be difficult to enforce.

I'm inclined to agree with bogart on this. The most we can do is give you samples that may not be enforceable in your country, city or district.

Here are other sample employee forms you might find useful. Some are just guidelines. There are samples all over the web if you're willing to read up on the subject a bit. You might even find forms specific to your area in India.
