Now thats another bouncer by paypal, thats a very sad thing that we are facing such a problem, now it will take 25 days to withdraw payment. THey are saying from 1st august , i want to know if we withdraw today then can we withdraw in the bank?

According to PayPal, the problem is due to regulatory instructions. Did the banking rules change in India?

Paypal is not guilty..its the Reserve Bank of India..they are the ones who make/break/change the rules every now and then..even the previous issue was caused by RBI policy changes..thats what their support told me..
