I just got off the phone with the individual's father. I think the conversation went very well. I explained to him the situation - everything from harassment, stalking, and libel to stolen content, frivolous DMCA notices, and abuse of forums and other web systems. I even explained a little about the tax laws relating to any income his son may be earning and much more. His father seemed very cooperative and understanding and he asked me some questions to try and better grasp the situation at hand. I hope that something positive comes of this.
