I'm not the biggest fan of outsourcing.

Outsourcing is a quick fix solution, but its not a long term alternative - when I'm outsourcing from people in the same country - and, I could get it done considerably cheaper hiring people myself.

Its not that I'm not able to hire anyone - I hired ten people yesterday - I'm just not able to keep the hiring in pace with the extra business.

I don't understand why anyone Indian I explain my situation to wants me to outsource to them. Indian mentality?
