How much do you earn from your business online?

I earned 26$ already this month, and only 4 days... so euhm if it keeps going like this it means that:
30 / 4 = 7,5
26$ X 7,5 = 195$ from Google Adsense

I guess my total hostgator affiliate earnings at the end of the month will be:
= 100$ from Hostgator

Adversal will be around 65$
= 65$ from Adversal

Selling stuff online = 250$ average

So my estimated earnings for this month will be: 610$

But this variates a lot, normally it's at least 400$ and the maximum in a normal month is 800$


These are my shizzle, now every NB'er knows :eek::p

My Adsense earning is $14 in April 2009, earned through one forum.
Hope to hit $25 - $30 from July onwards once I launch the news platform.

I'm slowly building up my online empire.
Hope to see some results by early next year.

Start small and get bigger , I made alot of cash last year buying and selling websites, If I actually held onto the good ones I would be better off, now that times are getting hard globally some peoples prized websites are being put up for sale every once in a while. Also Ive noticed a few Gordon Geckos active around the various forums building up there portfolios.

Keep in mind I have a day job that has NOTHING to do with Web, SEO, or Freelance Writing...so this is for working weekends, nights, and when I can during the day...
Writing/Content Development - $4K monthly
Web Design/troubleshooting - 500 monthly (local stuff really for-dummies level with small businesses)
My Web Sites (really just going here, but call it 50 bucks monthly as a starting point)
But wow Will, even with my day job I'm still not up to half of your amount :)

This is something I want to get into. Handing out leaflets and such around local industrial estates and all that. I'd love to hear how you go about it. :)

Yeah, this is the area that if I didn't have a day job I would push harder since there is a huge need at the Mom + Pop business who makes a decent living, but cringes at paying huge rates to do things like:
"My Restaurant Software won't work because our "server" got nasty malware (usually from employees playing games on Myspace around here)"
"My printer won't work"
to basic web pages and adwords campaigns targeted at the local area.

I got going through various friends who have businesses around here with the above and more needs. Did a few for free, then started getting asked to do it for money. What I usually do is quote a rate equivalent to what I would make writing (time trade in my mind) that normally comes in well below the corporate solutions they get offered.

Did you know Dell tried to charge my bud $120 to get red of the 2009 MSN Virus/Malware? Told him no one else could do it but Dell...took us a whopping 45 minutes because he didn't have an anti-virus software installed. Can you say, virus update, reboot in safe mode, clean, do it again to make sure you didn't miss anything?

Anyway, as more folks go on-line at work, this is just going to get to be a bigger need, I'm sure the UK is the same way or even more since you guys always seem to precede us in IT/Mobile advances by 1-2 years.

To get started if you don't have contacts already, I would recommend using the Craig's List equivalent for you area in the UK to include the printed newspaper! The majority of your folks will not be guys like found on this forum, but those that have gotten online likely within the last 5 years and think of all this Internet stuff as wizardry and still actually read a printed paper.

:D I have no ads on my websites and do not plan to add any soon.

Traffic is gradually increasing which is what I am really aiming for.

It's Zero, I am not in to online business.

$120/month average for me, solely through Adsense.

I've tried the Amazon affiliate for PHP books, but it doesn't turn over a lot of sales. I think I might have something like $10 in there from around 3-5 sales. Perhaps if my website was more popular it'd be a bit more pleasing :)
