The issue with valuation on a website is that basically the value is usually 'x' times the monthly net revenue, and with more of a premium on passive revenue.

In your case, scaling the business where you have customer support, inside sales, dedicated webmaster, a salesman and dedicated office should bring a higher valuation. I think a 'business' is worth more than a 'website'.

I'm more south in Japan and on the West coast, just a couple of the shakes of the house for me 200 miles away. Best to check the news on the maybe 10K dead people and nuclear reactor leak etc.

Exactly my thoughts. The domain name itself, if it is a good keyword rich domain, may have value, but whenever you add the site you have to add the revenue part of the equation.

The right domain can be worth a million dollars. But those domain names a far and few.

The nuclear leaks and power issues are causing a lot of issues to the relief mission. I've read that there are 600k+ people without food and power.
