funny or not, but many (most?) SEO companies do very similar stuff now days.

I dont think it is so hard to explain your client that site is not finished, how google works, and that will be shown somewhere on serp when it is completed and indexed.

All clients in Bosnia are like that. For me it is normal thing to do.

The site is still under construction and it needs to be first developed and then submitted to search engines. We need to tell search engines about the site existence. It'd take some time. It may need bit of optimization as well. Very soon, you'll be able to find your site in search engines. Your patience would be much appreciated.
