I'' buy a site....$500 will bring you a site doing $150-$200/month...
I'd spend it on pizza and beer, which I would eat and drink while I built a kick-butt site in a niche which interested me. :)

humm, I buy when I know what to do with it. There are some good and/or nice sites for sale out there but I have no clue, like proxies...
It's really what you have in mind or if you have a vision for it...
I always buy and sell sites at around 3 months of revenue...
When I tried 5 times, it never sells...it's too high...
Except on SP, but highest bidders never pay...
How do you market or increase the revenue of such website? Add content wait for search engine traffic to increase?
With $500 I'd buy a system for Winning Gamers and auction it off :D
