I'd go with more than likely to defraud or act in an immoral way in order to gain for themselves/businesses. any time the US government (not to mention others) has a hand in regulation there is always a few companies who will do extraordinarily well over every one else...

I'm for deregulation of just about anything the government thinks it should.

The recent government bailouts are a perfect example of that. The companies with high-level connections in Washington got taxpayer money; the companies without those connections didn't.

The end result of this: More companies will spend more money bribing more government officials, with the goal of receiving more taxpayer dollars in the future.

If IM is regulated, then there would be restrictions for anyone to earn money or do business online, I would rather wish that it is not regulated. Should treat it as free market for all.
