Unfortunately I bought relatively expensive web hosting in anticipation of demand for my business idea. But now I find that my outgoing expenses exceed that of my web income. So I don't actually have a viable business model right now.

I suspect that many other people are in this situation, funding it (hobby) via other sources.

So I plan to eliminate unused expenses such as mail list provider, extra ip addresses, unused domain names, and use one low cost hosting account to make sure that my expenses are always below the incoming revenue.

It's basic business sense to cut out what is not profitable, and to ensure that input is more than output in money flow.

Then, when the business is once again profitable, build it up!
