Thread: Offline Business Example

I got the idea to develop an off-line business site where the revenues should be derived from off-line people.

My Niche is "recruitment".

You are welcome to copy my idea, but maybe link to my site and let's network .

The idea is that many job seekers register on your site and you build an e-mail list and also you attract recruitment consultants that may pay a subscription to obtain monthly leads.

I just started constructing my site at: M4 Jobs which only contains the text so far.

I have a lot of ideas regarding how to construct a job-related lead-capture site, and I suspect that forum members here will have some good ideas too.

Its like a hybrid of the classic head hunters gig...only problem with this economy is do you charge the people seeking work vice charging the employers like you do in a hot market? That would keep out the crap applicants, but a lot of people still expect the legacy/old model of not having to pay for a lead on getting a job...

One of my ex-inlaws used to run a large head hunting firm. Will see if I still have any of the material around to forward you later this weekend to help give you ideas.

I think it's illegal to charge job-seekers a fee in the UK though.
