Thread: Offline Networking

Hi,

I was wondering do you guys actually do offline networking?

I am quite a regular at tweetups and blog camps etc.

Great for networking and it has really helped build my popularity.

Do you actually have such events locally?

Never done offline marketing, as I think that it is expensive and it is not very effective.

Offline marketing is like tshirts and mugs etc etc.

Networking is when you meet up with people and interact with them.

In CA we have networking events every second day. Be it Mozilla or Microsoft something or the other is on. I attend most of them. Great way of increasing your network and getting clients.
