Paying People To Complete Your Projects

I have been on oDesk for 4 years now and I think
this site has really given me an opportunity to expand
my horizons on my online ventures. This site has definitely
helped me a lot so no wonder why this is one of the most
trusted sites.

Most of the people do hire some people to finish some project in other terms they said outsourcing.

At some stage almost everyone will hire or outsource some aspect of their web portfolio.

I tend to build the site as far as i can and then i have a guy who does all my images and a second guy that does my coding and makes the site workable. Although money is tight, i can assure you that "price per hour" is never the only factor that i look at. I need dependability, i need the work performed flawlessly and after being caught out a long time ago by the "cheap $10per hr" designers.........i dont even look at them now.

I would rather wait 6 months until i can afford the standard of work that i want, rather than have a cheap, crappy job done now.....

Cheap is just that...ITS CHEAP and its often nasty:( I want a great ssite because great sites will bring in steady, constant income:)

yeah these kind of situations occur when...we have bunch of projects......
