Paypal is not lifting up the Monthly limits..Why?

Hi guys,

I have two paypal accounts one personal and one business.

In my personal account which is a not verified one, they are not lifting the monthly sending and withdraw limit.

Actually I created this account two months back. In their faq it is clearly noted that accounts which are not verified will be able to send and withdraw up to 500$ PER MONTH.

Then why so..Still my sending limit is zero :( I already sent 500 within this two months.

Try to link credit card (avoid VCC, I had faced the problem for it) and verify it, hopefully it will work.

Yeah, I have one verified account. But for unverified accounts also they are telling the service of five hundred dollar transactions per month.

I'd like to know if any one here is using un verified paypal account.

For my unverified account, my receiving limit is 500 and sending is 0.

How old is your paypal accout? And did you withdraw any money to your bank account from paypal yet?

My PayPal account is a year old, and it was basically like this:

- I had a Premier unverified account (0 sending limit)
- I attached a bank account right away ($500 limit)
- Just last week, I downgraded it to a Personal (0 limit)
- I opened a new Premier account and upgrade (once again from 0 to 500)

I think the limit depends on where you live. Some people have this issue, others don't. I live in NY.

Hi again,

let me have a clear idea with this. I want to know whether your unverified account's monthly sending and withdrawing limits are updating. I mean per month is the limit is lifting up? I did the withdraw of 350$ once. And send 500$. And these transactions happened in the very first month. This is my second month in that particular account and still it is showing limit as zero..

Any idea?

Just call them, and explain and ask the necessary questions. I get my problems resolved immediately after asking just a few questions.

I don't know about other's experience. But let me say, from my own experience paypal is the most poor customer care i ever dealt with. I called them and send many mails too. Their response was simply some automated messages and mails.

but let me ask a question, are you using an account which is not verified? your monthly limits are updating in time?

You 've to verify your address and Id proof for lifting the limits, If you are not verified you cant access after $500 transaction, just send the address and Id proof (e.g. Bank Passbook)..
