VCC (Virtual Credit card) is not advisable, I have tried that and my amount is blocked (not credited so far) and following with paypal.

Then ultimately I liked the credit card (which I always avoid using it), I think they have mentioned the debit card link facility, but IMO it is not working.

    Good luck

Well I can say I was hesitant to use it, but had no option for me.

Honestly I do not know it is safe or not. IMO as told by TOM try with small amount of VCC.

Yeah, am agreeing with DeluxDon..paypal is safe..There is no issues adding your credit card to your account..

What my personal opinion is don't go for vcc's it may work for somebody but it is not legal and it can even block your account..

And Debit card linking is always not working..I think there may be certain specifications..

Verifying your paypal account with VCC is alright so long as Paypal does not become suspicious of your activities and demands a CC statement as proof.

It is always better to follow the correct and legally stated route of verification and that is only through a credit card (at least for Indians)!
