Question on a Simple Theory
Do you think that it is possible for networks and search engines to select and distribute potential customers to specific e-commerce websites regarding the data transferred and queries made on SE.
I know that it is appearing like science fiction, but Google-Verizon net neutrality was an intent in this direction.
For example, imagine that search engines could decide for some reasons (except SEO) who will receive or not relevant potential customers.
What are your thoughs?
