If someone send me, like 100$, to my paypal from his paypal through mass pay, then is he eligible to send money through mass pay. I mean is there any restriction to send minimum amount through mass pay?

My smallest MassPay was $34.50 and my largest was $5,000.

hi friend, But i think there is no charge even if you send normally from paypal balance to paypal...I never got any charge while receiving money from paypal balance

That depends upon the type of PayPal account you have.

Is it alright to use it for all your transactions? Would not Paypal treat it as abusing a feature and enforce some sort of penalty?

After all, they would be losing a lot of revenue and I doubt if they would be a silent spectator to it! :confused:

It's a bit of a hassle to use, but I've been using it for all my "major" transactions.

Could you please tell how the file should be created? How did you create it? Used excel?

in paypal this is the description which I could found

"You must create a tab-delimited file containing your recipients’ information to send a Mass Payment file. A tab-delimited file can be generated from most spreadsheet applications, such as Excel.

In the first column, enter your recipients’ email addresses. In the second column, enter the payment amounts for each recipient. In the third column, input the three-letter currency code for the currency of the payment (only one currency type is allowed for each Mass Payment file):"

WOW. So....yeah. This needs to be done more often. The paypal fees are honestly killing me.
