It's an exact mirror of the website :( Have sent an email to the host already though, but so far no response.

Looks like the same Google Proxy hijack problem we have going here. I added a few things in there at the end to help protect against this attack:

Start by blocking the IP addressess of those sites in your htaccess.
This guy has a lot of sites/webhosts and he'll probably move around when he notices his rip off site doesn't work anymore, so we'll need to keep an eye on him. Keep an eye on your logs maybe for fake google bots.Quote:

From what I've read sending DMCA notices might not apply to this kind of content stealing and could possibly bring you more trouble.. Only one way to find out.
Take a look at this webmaster world thread, it's a bit old but something to start with:
Proxy Hijack - Now what should I do ?
http://www.webmasterworld.com/google/3306064.htm
The best way to deal with this on a longterm basis is to get a good security setup on your site which can verify search engines and block proxies, scrapers, bots and fake googlebots etc.
Thanks a lot man! Will.Spencer posted a thread something with a robots.txt file to block these kind of bots etc.. will look for it and post it here ;)
Thanks a lot! Really!
