The weakness of paypal support staff is, when i mailed them and get replied, and then i mailed them again, it's received and managed by other staff. So, the new staff is not fully understand about my case.
I think one case should be manage by one staff.

How popular VCC usage on your country? Mostly people in my country is using VCC, shocking info, right?
Thanks for the link. But what i find is, paypal plug-in is only to generate secure card when you wanna purchased something (i'm already see the streaming video). But what i mean with VCC here is the one which used to verify our account. And i think in case "to verify", we can't take it as simple actvity. The purpose of verifying is to decrease scam probability which using paypal. And i thing VCC is so bad then....
