Maybe he used something like Spreadshirt or Cafepress. With that the set up might be almost instant and they (Spreadshirt or Cafepress) take care of everything, and give him a cut.

On a side note, this whole thing about pompously celebrating death is pretty disturbing tbh.

In the footer there's a url to a SEO company. Perhaps the guy was an employee that already had templates etc

Filling the order should be easy. Four or five people should be able to pack 1k orders per day which probably was covered in the shipping and handling fee.

Big mistake to have killed Bin Laden considering all the information that could have been learned. He should have been tasered and locked up in Guantanamo.

that was smart, but morally wrong. celebration of death isn't something to be proud of but I guess people would do anything for profit.

Hi,

As far as "profit" from death do you feel NO one should profit? Most news media are in the business of profit, so should they not of reported it?

I'm just asking, is it just the T-shirt thing and everything else is OK?
