I am not sure if the guy using a premade theme or designed n got it coded from scratch. What do you guys think, a theme like that + Coding would cost?

Prices vary significantly depending on where you order it.. Can be anywhere from $xx to even $xx,xxx seriously.
I'd expect to pay low $xxx

I am but, cant waste time because;

1- I never did a wordpress template/design.

2- I am not a coder

3- I am expensive

Mainly I am concerned about coding because I can do the design myself.

Looking at the source code, it appears to be a custom theme.
