I have a site that ranks #1 for- florida injury attorney. What would you do with it?

Try to make the most of the SE traffic and monetize the site accordingly. Have you used any ads on the site? Adsense would be a great solution, especially for a site on that niche.

do affiliate at the same time, CJ has lots of programs for it.

Unless it was an EMD, I'd try to see what other keywords it could rank for.

I like AdSense for that niche.

I don't see your site as no. 1. Do you have search customization turned on?

That spyfoo list is the worst keyword list that I have ever seen. Do you really believe that the CPC for 'rugs usa' is $1777.69 or that 'mr beer com' is $624.11? There are no medical keywords and only a few legal search phrases on their Top 100 list. Anyone who works with PPC advertising knows that those keywords are always the most expensive.

Henny, I would further develop that site to rank well for a few other search phrases and then start offering it to personal injury attorneys in Florida for an outrageous price. Some attorneys will pay a lot of money for a top ranking. Florida is one of the hot spots in the country where there is a very high percentage of attorneys.

If it's getting a lot of traffic, I would try to monetize the site and make it better for the visitors.
