Will this work?

i was thinking would it be possible to get an affiliate company that pays per each email submited and be able to code it into where people registar for fourms. so just say i was making a rc car fourm when somebody registared as a member that they would sign up to the affiliate program and the fourm. If so would this be legal? Also you could do this for a monthly newsleter if your site does one.

You would have to let the user who is signing up to your forum know -- plus, that likely wouldn't convert for the advertiser, and you might be asked to stop sending traffic in that way. :p
