Just bought a copy of the Jack Welch book, yet it'll take me over 15 years to read all those 350+ pages.

Our library has quite a range of interesting books including this one so I borrowed this one finally last week.

I was actually in Chapters today Will and bought some O'Reilly PHP and programming books. and went to the "business" section and around the "success" sub-section but couldn't remember what you said this book was called. All I remember was the word Winning. But there was like million books with that. lol I guess I'll look again sometime and skim over it before buying deciding to buy it.

Just kidding...but, I do think that the difference in Jack Welch's leadership style and say Stephen Covey's has a lot to do with the nature of the business you are running. Different employee motivation styles have varied and sometimes unpredictable side effects that sometimes work for the good of the company...and sometimes bad...
