Dishonest staff

This is something that really irritates me. For example when staff claim to be ''busy'' and not posting on your forum, but posting on another forum without any problems.







What do you think of this and how do you deal with it?

I put my staff to test, before appointing them, I will also get very frustrated if someone do that, The best idea is to get rid of them and appointing another, this is another reason why we shouldnt have unwanted amount of staff, its always good if we have a member-staff ratio and maintain it!

Yeah its annoying. I would demote them if I caught them posting on another forum when they claimed to be busy.

We may well have this problem with our site but we will see, when we appoint someone we give them a 3 month trial at the job then if we think they are commited to it we give them the job permanently, but if we find they are not active enough and are active elsewhere it really get to use,we dont care how many different forums they post on or are members off myself I post on a few sites but always post on our own the most which is what I expect staff members to do at least post every day and a fair amount aswell.

I have nothing against the site. Just that fag, who I caught red handed, IP and all.
