Do You Use Infractions Or Warnings To Ban Members?

Many forum software comes with some sort of infraction system or warning system for administrators and moderators to use to ban members. If not, usually a modification is available for such measures to keep your board in order.

Generally I do not. The reasons being is because I mainly would be on top of that, and make the judgment call quickly rather than waiting for the 4th time or 2nd time occur, obviously this all depending on the situation.

IPB has a warning level, so we give un-offical warnings then record them with the warn function.
