Thumbs down Which Forum Software Do You Prefer?

    Hello!

There are a number of forum softwares out there.

    vBulletin
    PhpBB 3
    Simple Machines Forum
    MyBB
    FluxBB
    PunBB
    Phorum
    FUDForum
    Vanilla
    Drupal Forum
    bbPress
    Lefora
    IceBB
    UltraBB

Which one do you prefer? Why?

I will stick to vB, the same as this forum runs on. As it is easy to use and has some great features.

    Cheers!

    vBulletin all the way.
It's the one I've always used, and probably always will.

And your a master at it!

Um, I've played with SMF, PhpBB etc when I first started, made a move to vB now tho and thoroughly LOVE it.

I prefer vB over any other forum script, although I had to change to the original theme here because I didn't like the WMP one.

For the paid one, I like vB, although IPB is not bad either.

For the free ones, I like MyBB. Very easy to use.

of course vBulletin. The reason is so simple, mostly forum is using this software. Thinking logically, the best one is the one who have most user. Some big forum such DP or kaskus (www.kaskus.us - Indonesian Largst Community) is using vBulletin. Other forum software such phpbb, flux, my bb is not familiar in my ear.

I never have a serious problem on vB forum. Problem such page not found, slowly open page, it's normal problem ( i think all forum is faced this problem).

I don't ever setup a forum site yet, but I've tested some forum software such as vB and phpBB. Yeah, vB is great software forum ever if you wanted to use the paid one.

But maybe on someday, I will try to build forum with Orca Forum Software. The Full-AJAX forum based, free and open-source. It's worth to try.
