    i had this user as a mod, he then started flaming everyone so removed his staff posistion he kept doing it so i banned him and his ip address, but he keeps coming back, what should i do?

    If it keeps happening then turn on email activation.

    You should turn on email activation and then just keep banning him if he comes back. He will hopefully get tired soon and stop. I wish you the best of luck with this
